1

Introduction & our commitment to privacy

CIS Security is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors, clients, and candidates across all our digital platforms. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2

Information we collect

Contact-form and fast guard-request submissions, analytics data, cookies, newsletter subscriptions, detailed quote requests submitted through app.cissecurity.net, and job applications submitted through hr.cissecurity.net.

3

Use of information

We use collected information for service delivery, communication, service improvement, opt-in marketing, and recruitment processing. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4

Legal basis & applicable law

This policy operates under Lebanon Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data as the primary framework, with GDPR principles applied for EU-resident data subjects.

5

Storage, security & third parties

Data is stored securely with defined retention periods, including candidate-data retention for the HR platform. We work with trusted third parties including Google Analytics, Supabase, Cloudflare, our email provider, and Make (automation) — each receiving only what is necessary to perform its function.

6

Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, subject to applicable law. To exercise your privacy rights, contact us at info@cissecurity.net.

7

Cookies policy

We use a minimal set of cookies for analytics and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

8
