These terms govern your use of cissecurity.net, hr.cissecurity.net, and app.cissecurity.net. You agree not to misuse these platforms, attempt unauthorized access, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Security guarding, technology, and consulting services are governed by the individual service agreement signed at the time of contract confirmation. Cancellation and payment terms are set out in that agreement.

The Index is informational in nature. CIS makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and accepts no liability for decisions made solely on Index readings. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; any citation must attribute "CIS Lebanon Security Index™, CIS Security."

"CIS Lebanon Security Index™" and all site content are the property of CIS Security unless otherwise noted. No content may be reproduced commercially without written permission.

Deployment terms, client responsibilities (site access, accurate information, safe working conditions), and emergency protocols are defined in the client service agreement. Incident liability is allocated per that agreement and applicable Lebanese law.

To the extent permitted by law, CIS Security's liability for any service is limited to the terms of the applicable client service agreement. This website's content is provided as-is and does not constitute a guarantee of any outcome.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. The courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its revision date.
